I pack in as many nutrients as I can in my morning smoothies because I want to start the day right! and I haven’t been sick in over a year guys! I really feel like its because the antioxidants I get from my blueberries every morning!

You will need:

  • 1-2 Bananas

  •  handful of spinach.
  • 1 TBS Chia seeds
  • 1 TBS Flax seeds
  • 1 Scoop of Vegan protein powder (Vanilla flavor)
  • 1/2 Tsp Macha
  • 1 1/2 cups of water ( if you want it to be thicker use less water or freeze your Bananas)

How to:

  1. They have no idea how horrible it can get, then. If they keep up that behavior, they will get the attention of the ‘plasefsionor’ trolls and it will get ugly. So, so ugly. I’m talking ‘mailing dead things to author’ ugly.

  2. Macha – is this the Japanese green tea powder? I bought a box and still its sitting in my cabinet. I saw in my office one guy make this – just put the green powder and add water, that’s what he said, it also contains milk powder in it. So is that the same thing you use? I have also heard there are some without the milk powder.
