My post got scheduled for Tuesday instead of Monday this week! sorry about that! but I mean… its a breakfast recipe and we eat breakfast everyday sooooooooo….

I noticed that I have been eating the same thing everyday for breakfast recently, no matter what happens I just can’t get enough of my Blueberry smoothies! you can even make these into Blueberry bowls! so delicious, I feel like I am eating ice cream for breakfast every morning.

I pack in as many nutrients as I can in my morning smoothies because I want to start the day right! and I haven’t been sick in over a year guys! I really feel like its because the antioxidants I get from my blueberries every morning!
You will need:
- 1-2 Bananas
- A bag of Frozen blueberries
- handful of spinach.
- 1 TBS Chia seeds
- 1 TBS Flax seeds
- 1 Scoop of Vegan protein powder (Vanilla flavor)
- 1/2 Tsp Macha
- 1 1/2 cups of water ( if you want it to be thicker use less water or freeze your Bananas)
How to:
- Blend everything together, My new Vitamix has a smoothie setting on it and it blends until everything is a smooth and creamy!

If you try this please let me know how you like it, I am so obsessed with this morning smoothie that I am excited to get up and eat in the morning! ( I sprinkled some chia seeds on top to make it pretty!)
