Its been getting a lot cooler here, which means only one thing…
ok.. fine, not really… but smoothie time is definitely over, and its time for soups and cozy sweaters!
just wanted to start off my Fall recipes with a few of my favorites from the past! please let me know in the comments if you wold like me to post a specific recipe or veganize something! I am always up for a challenge 🙂
for those of you who are new to my blog, I am HCLF ( high carb low fat) vegan, meaning I don’t cook with oil and I eat whole plant foods ( no vegan meats, etc)

Lets start with an Appetizer.. its hard to find an oil free hummus out there, this is so quick and easy and DELICIOUS! I dip carrots or celery sticks in it or a healthy appetizer or snack!
This one is a fall must! and its so healthy and delicious, I make this one at least once a week when its cooler 😉
a little comfort food… who said comfort food has to be unhealthy? get those Carbs in!
