Eating food rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin C.

These two vitamins are your best friend when it comes to having that glow to your skin, Vitamine A has been found to decrease the skin’s oil production.  I have incorporated blueberries into my diet. I eat at least a handful of blueberries daily as they have been found to tighten and renew skin. Blueberries are high in fiber, vitamin A, and vitamin C and are very high in antioxidant. I put frozen blueberries in my smoothies or even snack on them in between meals when they are in season.

Drink Water

I know this is kind of an obvious one! but personally, I have seen the benefits of this first hand. I started drinking at least 3 liters of water every day and the results have been incredible. not only does water hydrate your skin, it flushes out the toxins and is required to process all the nutrients from the food we eat. water makes your skin softer and smoother and hydrates!

I love drinking water infused with different fruits, I drop a few berries in my water in the morning or a slice of cucumber or lemon! it helps me drink more water during the day.

Exfoliate and moisturize

I feel like these are obvious too, but you’ll be surprised how many people neglect their skin. I have seen huge improvements to my skin since I have started to exfoliate, I simply mix some olive oil with 2 Tsp of coconut sugar and gently rub all over my face once a week, olive oil is amazing for the skin and sugar has very high hydrating properties.

using a high-quality moisturizer is a must, to keep your skin hydrated. you can also mix in some vitamin C serum with Argan oil to keep your skin healthy and moisturized.

If you are looking for a skincare recommendation you can find a few on my site, Osea is my favorite one.

Start Early

I feel like this is something no one ever talks about. You need to take care of your skin early one to prevent the signs of aging, I started my skin regiment when I was 15 years old, thanks to my mom who knew the importance of taking care skin early on. If you are using anti-wrinkle creams products they are so much more effective when incorporated into your skin care regimen early on, no product can turn back time the key is to prevent wrinkles and the signs of aging as much as possible.

Beauty starts with taking care of yourself outside and within, as the quote goes: “Beauty is when you can appreciate yourself. when you love yourself, that’s when you’re most beautiful. ” Zoe Kravitz
