as I mentioned last week, I realized that I am allergic to sesame seeds and just about every damn recipe out there in Vegan land has Tahini in it!

This recipe has cashews in it as one of the main ingredients, it is delicious, it is Creamy!!! and it resembles a caesar salad dressing!

You will need:

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup plant milk of choice
  • 2 TBS Nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 larg garlic clove
  • 1 TBS Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp celtic sea salt
  • black pepper to taste

How to:

  • Put it all in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy!!
  • this gives you a thicker salad dressing and a little bit goes a long way!! you can save it in your fridge for up to 5-7 days in a container and use a bit at a time!
  • ENJOY!!

Hope you all like this salad dressing! its one of my favorites and contains healthy fats!

See you guys on Wednesday!

Love & Peace

    1. Hmmm… well nutritional yeast is what gives it a nutty and cheesy flavor, have you tried it before?? It’s not yeast Nutritional yeast is a deactivated yeast and doesn’t rise or anything shouldn’t effect you the same way as yeast ❣️

      1. You can try leaving it out and seeing if it still tastes good, maybe add in more cashews ❣️ tahini would change the flavor , if not you can add in some daiya cheese for the cheesy flavor 😉😘😘
