First Impressions * Skyn Iceland* Cruelty-free & Vegan

HI Everyone!!!

So i got some samples of this skincare line in the mail last week, and wanted to share my experience with you! The samples were small so I can only offer a first impression at this time 🙂

I came across this line from a cruelty free list on the internet, they are both Cruelty-free and 100% Vegan

In addition Skyn Iceland favors packaging that’s easily recyclable. The products are also free of parabens, petroleum, mineral oil and sulfates. Their products focus on treating the effects of Stress on the Skin! more precisely wrinkles, dullness, acne and dryness caused by stress…

I got the:

Skyn Iceland Pure Cloud Cleanser

I have more of a dry face with an oily T zone, but my main concern is the dryness and itchiness I have to deal with…I used this to cleanse my face and remove my makeup as well, I was worried about it burning my eyes, but I used it to remove my eye makeup as well! it was very gentle and did not dry out my skin afterwards, actually the opposite… It left my skin a bit moisturized and more relaxed!!! one of the best cleansers I have tried for my skin type, wish I had more 😦

Skyn Iceland Pure Cloud Cream

the product feels like your are rubbing a tiny little cloud on your face and I LOVE IT! it just gave me the feeling I want after applying face lotion! Moisturized but not greasy or dried out! it leaves your skin soft and relaxed… I was honestly disappointed that I ran out of this last night! i would definitely recommend this for anyone who has stressed and dry skin! It made a big difference for me!

Just wanted to point out that One of the main ingredients in the product is Sodium hyaluronate which is typically found in Anti-aging skincare, eye cream, makeup, sunscreen, facial moisturizer….

I researched this ingredient and the “Toxicity” and Sodium Hyaluronate is generally classified as non-toxic or harmful by The Environmental Working Group’s Skin Deep Database. ”

I did so some research on this ingredient and you can read on it HERE,  but it is plant based.

i would recommend this to anyone with skin suffering from stress, it is certainly a better option for skincare compared to the lines which contain parabens, petroleum, mineral oil and sulfates AND test on Animals on top of it….

I also wanted to mention that these skincare lines are not sponsored and I am basically trying out products and writing my honest reviews for you guys 🙂

Hope this helps!!!

thanks so much for reading!

as always YOU’RE WELCOME!!!

love ya

      1. I want to try out the moisturiser:. I don’t like lotion that feels completely sucked into my skin after two minutes.
