Easy – Healthy – Oil Free Salad Dressing!

Posting a bit later than usual this Monday, but here I go anyway 🙂

SO this is a no nonsense salad dressing… it is super healthy, and will AID with weight loss, that’s right.

The recipe contains apple cider vinegar and if you’ve ever been on a diet in your life, you’ve heard of it! you can read more about the benefits and the how HERE

now on to the recipe.

You will need: 

  • 2 TBS apple cider vinegar.
  • half a lemon squeezed.
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder ( adjust to your liking)
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard.
  • a dash of salt.
  • a dash of pepper.

How to. 

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and whisk with a fork until it’s all mixed, you can blend this as well. Pour over your Salad and enjoy!

** You may adjust the amount of vinegar to your liking, I love apple cider vinegar so I don’t mind the taste 🙂
