OFRA – Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick ~Review

Hi Everyone!

Ohhhhh YESSSS… its that time of the week again when I review a new Cruelty-free & Vegan Product  & You guys get to save some Bunnies!!!

Liquid lipsticks are huge right now… To be really really honest I have never really been a huge fan! Mostly because they really dry out my lips and I feel like chemicals are just getting sucked in there! haha!

I got My OFRA, Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick in my Vegancuts Beauty Box a month ago or so back, In case you don’t know what Vegancuts Beauty Box is… its a Monthly subscription box and in my option THE BEST WAY to introduce yourself to Cruelty-free and vegan products! Check them out!

I guess they had done a poll on Instagram about the Color and everyone voted for ” Laguna Beach ” which is a lighter peachy pink color, I would have actually preferred a brighter or darker color honestly, I feel like this color is not too flattering on me! It is a very pretty color though!

The applicator was very easy to work with, I and got all the edges very easily! On my hand it dried a lot darker than on the lips… I tried to get a good pick on my lips but it was way too washed out in the sun! here is a true to color pick from the site:

How do I like it Over all?

Well it didn’t dry my lips and it stayed on for a very long time but it also felt a little sticky throughout the day, Meaning it was not transfer proof and didn’t completely dry out!

I really liked how it felt on my lips, not stiff at all… I did feel like it was a little patchy however… I do feel that the lighter colors always seem more patchy on me and I try to fix it and it gets patchier! does anyone else have this experience with lighter color liquid lipsticks?

As far as liquid lipsticks go… this formula has been my favorite so far, If the fact that it doesn’t dry all the way bothers you… maybe its not for you! But I really liked it not only because its cruelty-free & Vegan, but because it doesn’t dry my lips and stays on for a long time 🙂
