Banana Vanilla Ice cream!!!

HI everyone!

I wanted to share my Banana Vanilla Ice-cream recipe with you! It is super simple and so many people make different versions of this out there in vegan land.. I am not sure where i got the idea from honestly.. the important thing is that it is healthy, Dairy-free & that you enjoy it πŸ™‚

sometimes I like to have this with my Banana Carob Ice-cream, please check that recipe out if you haven’t πŸ™‚

let’s DO this πŸ™‚

All you need is:Β

– Bananas ( 2-3 frozen overnight or for a few hours)

– Β 1/2 Ts Cinnamon ( adjust to your liking)

– Β 1-2 drops of Vanilla Sweet Drop

– A Blender ( I use my NutriBullet)

How To: Β

  • You willΒ need to Freeze Some bananas overnight to get the β€œice-cream” texture you desire!
  • Put the bananas into the blender and pulse for a bit so they break up!
  • Add in the CinnamonΒ and sweet drop and Blend ( pulse) until smooth but not liquid! ( you don’t want to blend too much)
  • If you feel like it is too soft, you can put it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes!
  • Pour your Banana Vanilla icecream in a serving dish and ENJOY!

There you go.. so simple and so delicious! I hope you enjoy this recipe!

as always YOU’RE WELCOME!

  1. That’s pretty much my exact recipe. Sometimes I add a splash of non-dairy milk. Also love it w/ carob. Apricots are good too since it’s apricot season. Adds a slight tartness. Then there’s mango. Don’t get me started talking about mango, but convenience would have it…you can buy it frozen! Banana-mango-raspberry, now that is my all time favorite trilogy! 2. Looks amazing!! Your tip about putting it in the freezer helps me out so much, my nana icecream always turns out too soft! Thanks so much! Love your blog! πŸ™‚

  3. This looks amazing! I adore vegan banana ice cream!
If you like, I can feature your recipe on my blog and you can choose one of mine to do the same, bringing in more people to both our blogs? I’m also a vegan food blogger! Let me know what you think x

      1. Ok then! I will prepare the post with your recipe now and add it to my queue to post later this week, I have something posting every 2 days so I think your recipe will be on Friday! I would love it if you could feature the recipe you said you liked of mine this week too! Thanks for your support πŸ™‚ Lauren x

      2. thanks Lauren, I have actually never featured another blogger… do you make your own post and then link my profile, or do you reblog? thanks.. I will also post this weekend since I have blogs scheduled to go out this week πŸ™‚

      3. I haven’t featured another blogger either. Basically I just wrote a little about how cool vegan ice cream is and how I love it, giving an emphasis on your version, then saying the recipe can be found ‘here’ with a link to your page. πŸ™‚ I then said a little about your blog and your philosophy too x
