if you haven’t noticed by now I am obsessed with Kristen wig.. haha anyway! for this recipe you will need:

Ingredients: -1 Cup Sugar ( or half a cup agave) -1 cup water -1/4 cup rose waterΒ  -3.5 oz (100g) Rice Noddles1 LimeΒ

**Note: Β Rice noodles areΒ gluten-free & they also deliver nutrients in the form of fiber, zinc and iron.Β A 2-ounce serving of rice noodles contains only 0.3 grams of fat. As a naturally low-fat carbohydrate.

How to: – over medium heat and in a Medium sized pot add in the sugar ( or agave) and the water. – Let the sugar dissolve in the water. – Add in the rose water and stir for 1-2 minutes. -Set the pot aside to chill ( you can place it in the fridge) – break up the rice noodles and place them in a bigger pot – Pour in boiling water to cover the noodles and stir 5-10 minutes until the noodles are soft. – Drain the noodles and slash with cold water. -Add in the sugar/rosewater and mix around. -place in the freezer for 1-2 hours. – Serve with the juice of a lime and Enjoy πŸ™‚

Hope you enjoy this very simple but delicious dish! it is a traditional Persian dish and some serve it with Sour cherries as well, but I prefer lime juice to give it that sweet and sour taste since the dessert itself is very sweet!
