if you haven’t noticed by now I am obsessed with Kristen wig.. haha anyway! for this recipe you will need:

Ingredients: -1 Cup Sugar ( or half a cup agave) -1 cup water -1/4 cup rose water  -3.5 oz (100g) Rice Noddles1 Lime

**Note:  Rice noodles are gluten-free & they also deliver nutrients in the form of fiber, zinc and iron. A 2-ounce serving of rice noodles contains only 0.3 grams of fat. As a naturally low-fat carbohydrate.

How to: – over medium heat and in a Medium sized pot add in the sugar ( or agave) and the water. – Let the sugar dissolve in the water. – Add in the rose water and stir for 1-2 minutes. -Set the pot aside to chill ( you can place it in the fridge) – break up the rice noodles and place them in a bigger pot – Pour in boiling water to cover the noodles and stir 5-10 minutes until the noodles are soft. – Drain the noodles and slash with cold water. -Add in the sugar/rosewater and mix around. -place in the freezer for 1-2 hours. – Serve with the juice of a lime and Enjoy 🙂

Hope you enjoy this very simple but delicious dish! it is a traditional Persian dish and some serve it with Sour cherries as well, but I prefer lime juice to give it that sweet and sour taste since the dessert itself is very sweet! Hope you enjoy! as always YOU’RE WELCOME! Follow me for more healthy desserts and Vegan goodness 🙂 Love YA!
