Now on to my Review of the Z Natural Life Deodorant! I have been struggling with finding a Natural deodorant that works for me…I am not particularly stinky but I do go to the Gym 5-6 times a week and well.. Naturally I sweat a lot and if I don’t wear deodorant it will be a little stinky!

I got the Lively Lavender, Fresh Basil Mint and Summer Citrus and have been trying them for about 2 months now to see how they hold up! All these are absolutely wonderful scents.. for some reason I did have a mild allergic reaction ( rash) to the Lavender Scent… but in general I do have sensitivity to Lavender, and I had someone else use it and they did not have the reaction that I did…

Aside from that, The Z natural Deodorant did take me a while to get used to… Z natural is not the wax texture that I have been used to, it is actually creamy and it almost feels like you are applying wet cream to your armpits! it does had a Pump which the creamy texture comes out of… and you are supposed to use a dime size on your armpit.

I thought this was a little strange at first.. it does take longer to dry and I had to wear it about 6-10 minutes before I put on any of my shirts to avoid contact and transfer… The first time I did put it on, it Burt like nothing else… since I had just waxed under the area… the website had warmed against application with broken skin 😦 OUCH! but that was my bad… so don’t do that! haha

• Artificial Colors
• Synthetic Fragrances

In the beginning I found that with the deodorant on I was sweating more! but when I looked more into it on their website I learnt that there is sometimes a transition period for someone using an antiperspirant and switching to a natural deodorant… and that most antiperspirants use aluminum compounds, which can impact the balance of “good” and “bad” bacteria.

After using it for a week or so… my body had gotten used to the transition and I was not sweating as much!

Personally I found the FRESH BASIL MINT deodorant to work best for me for whatever reason! It was more fresh and lasted longer than the other two. The deodorant is very Hydrating and does not dry out at all!

and I am happy to say that it does fight Odor for me as well! It did take a little bit of getting used to since it is really different than the traditional deodorants that I have been used to!
